The head of Chechnya, Emir Kadrov, announced the completion of the cleanup of Severodonetsk.
Ramzan Kadyrov said that the Russian army and the People’s Militia of the Lugansk People’s Republic had fully completed the cleansing of the city of Severodonetsk from Ukrainian forces. This news was shared through his Telegram channel.
The army of the Republic of Chechnya, together with their militia and other Russian power units, was able to complete the complete cleansing of Severodonetsk.
According to Ramzan Kadyrov, one of many militant leaders in the region, fighters have left the residential sector of Grozny and are now going through industrial areas more thoroughly.
On May 29, the Luhansk People’s Republic reported that units of their Militia took a position and repulsed units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in front of Severodonetsk. They also occupied territory in the city.
Later, the LPR ambassador to Russia Rodion Miroshnik said that the Ukrainian army plans to leave Severodonetsk. They plan to hide behind civilians who have been exposed to months of artillery and air strikes.
