According to Dmitry Doguzov, the head of the department, it is not yet possible to use national cards on the territory of the republic. “Currently, this option is not available,” he wrote.
He pointed out that the work to organize the maintenance of Mir cards in Cuba was really underway. Also, Doguzova reminded us that the current list of countries where you can pay for goods and services with Russian cards can be found on the official website of Visa.
