I am one of those decorators who do not like themed decorations and rations. For me, the New Year is first of all a beautiful and elegant dinner that I spend with my family and friends. I like the idea that the “New Years” portion can be made any time of the year.

I just want to think of something new and different every time. This year I like pompous but fun motifs: take note of the clothes I have selected for you.

A great alternative to a classic white tablecloth is a tablecloth with a small black polka dot pattern, which the designer of the brand Golovina Mari sewed from leftover fabrics. This tablecloth will look great both in the morning and in the evening; in the latter case, complete it with some spectacular black napkins.

When we talk about a ceremony table, the Bernardaud brand immediately comes to mind. I really liked the moderately elegant plate from the Ecume Silver collection – it will definitely decorate the New Year’s table.

An irreplaceable thing is a cream. I collect metal ones and usually go for them, but I really liked this option – beautiful crystal, high elegant leg. Ideal for caviar, jam, sparkling, finally!

Beautiful napkin rings are a true art. You can also wear your favorite jewelry – tie a napkin with pearls or a choker.

No portion is complete without a florist. No needles, buy flowers. This year I will have black roses. Another option is hydrangeas or poppies! You can order “New Year’s” compositions from the most fashionable florists in the city – Yulia and Eva from Blossom Garden.

Yes, don’t be surprised. If you are interested in setting the table, then, most likely, you have noticed a trend among leading European chefs and florists – they skillfully integrate vegetables, fruits, bread and other photogenic products into the table setting. It turns out interesting, fresh and unusual.
