Historians, archivists, experts and volume editors from the “State of the Union Library” will participate in the discussion of the novelty of the book. Earlier, Dmitry Mezentsev said that four new books would be presented in 2023 as part of the Union State Library project. As he told TASS, the release of these four books is scheduled for the first half of 2023.
