The third online film festival “New Season” – a joint project of KION, Okko, Premier, START, Wink, Ivy and Kinopoisk – has opened in Sochi at the Rosa Khutor complex. As is tradition, 20 new TV series and films will be screened during the festival. One of the most anticipated projects is the series “Overheard in Rybinsk” (which will be released in the Premier online cinema), where the 25-year-old star of “A Boy’s Word” Ruzil Minekaev again played a hooligan.
Ruzil flew to Sochi with his wife Aziza and little son Ramil. The 25-year-old actor appeared on the carpet, located near the Rosa Hall concert hall, with his wife, and the couple left the baby at the hotel, apparently with relatives. 26-year-old Aziza, who is also an actress, chose a striped dress in a modern office style for her appearance, and Ruzil combined a trendy polo shirt with classic trousers. By the way, for the sake of his role in the new series “Overheard in Rybinsk”, Minekaev changed his image again – this time he dyed his hair red.
In the detective story, Ruzil, known for his role as Vova’s younger brother Adidas Marat, once again plays the bully, but, according to the actor himself, in a more positive light.
“Yes, but not exactly a bully. This character has more positive qualities from the very beginning, compared to Marat. Marat in the first episodes was a negative character. Here, on the contrary, from the first episodes we see that this person is responsible, caring and understanding. Yes, this hero probably looks more like me,” Ruzil told KP.RU.
In the story, the hero Minekaev, nicknamed Shirmik, helps the main character, journalist Yura (Timofey Tribuntsev), who suddenly begins to experience visions that predict murders that are taking place secretly and unnoticed in Rybinsk…
