The film distributor “Russian Reportage” will hold a festival of new Italian cinema. The event will take place from May 18 to 21. Films can be seen in cinemas in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk, Rostov-on-Don, Perm, Nizhny Novgorod and Novosibirsk.
The program includes the biographical drama “El rey de las risas” with Tony Servillo, dedicated to the life and work of the legendary comedian Eduardo Scarpetta. The film tells how, at the height of his fame, Eduardo conceived a parody of the tragedy of the famous Gabriele d’Annunzio, without realizing the scandal this idea would cause. In addition, viewers will be able to watch the comedy “My other half”, which surpasses the plot of “Groundhog Day” in the Italian way. Starring the young Italian film stars Andrea Arcangeli and Alessandra Mastronardi.
In addition, the program included the melodrama Amor sin memoria, which tells the story of a heartbreaker who meets the love of her life. The cynical and prudent Valeria changes men, not regretting parting for a second. She teaches the same thing to her students on the volleyball team. But the only person who broke her heart a year ago reappears in Valeria’s life.
