Law enforcement officers have established the northerner’s identity. This is a 32-year-old resident of Norilsk. She went out into the street naked despite her husband, with whom she had quarreled earlier. The conflict was verbal, without aggression, reports RIA Novosti with reference to the police of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The regional central office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs clarified that a protocol on minor hooliganism against the Norilsk woman had been drawn up.
