The day before, the artist posted on social networks a photo of her buttocks in which she inserted implants. But people who saw this “miracle” were shocked. Commenters noted that this was “against the advertising of plastic surgery,” compared Zoteeva’s buttocks to a tumor and wondered why they turned blue.
KP.RU website asked plastic surgeon Arif Hasanov for comment to find out whether such a strange appearance of this body part on Instasam is normal.
“Buttock augmentation is a rather serious operation. In plastic surgery, the final result, of course, depends on the wishes of the patient and the initial state of the body. The surgeon, taking into account all the data, selects the most suitable option for the operation, based on considerations of safety and longevity of the result. In some cases, the wishes of the patients are shocking. And in this case, the doctor must explain to the patient that this can be dangerous. This girl had implants installed in the buttock area. As you can see in the photographs, the skin has a bluish tint. This may indicate that there is strong tissue tension. Simply put, too large an implant was placed in a small buttock, as a result of which the skin was stretched and the outflow of venous blood was disrupted. This can lead to serious consequences such as implant rejection, tissue necrosis, sepsis and deterioration of the appearance of the buttocks,” the doctor said.

According to Arif Hasanov, Instasamka has a clear lack of harmony: against the background of abnormally voluminous buttocks, her legs appear very thin and disproportionate to her pelvis.
“In my opinion as a surgeon, this is an unsatisfactory result of the operation. But, as the saying goes, there is no comrade according to taste and color,” the expert noted.
The plastic surgeon added that Daria did not choose the best type of buttock augmentation. The fact is that silicone endoprostheses installed on the rapper often look unnatural, and there is also a risk that the implants will rotate and the buttocks will deform. Arif Hasanov is sure that Zoteeva should undergo lipofilling. This is when the surgeon removes fatty tissue from the patient herself using liposuction, processes the resulting aspirate and injects it through punctures into the desired part of the buttocks. The transplanted fatty tissue takes root well, but about 30-40% of the injected volume is absorbed over time.
