According to the Primorsky Krai Hydrometeorological Center, the greatest precipitation fell in the village of Barabash, Khasansky district – 30 millimeters. In Vladivostok – 12, in the villages of Preobrazhenie and Pogranichny – 10 millimeters each.
Meteorologists believe that snowfall will continue until the end of the working week, with more precipitation expected in the eastern part of the region.
The regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations notes that in connection with the rampant elements on Russky Island and in the city of Artem, two mobile heating points have been opened.
Just in case, 89 intercity flights have been canceled and the routes between Ussuriysk and Vladivostok and Artem and Nakhodka are closed to heavy trucks.
