According to law enforcement officials, the suspect found wild hemp bushes in the woods, dug them up, and then manufactured the drug at home. He managed to sell part of the resulting substance to a local resident.
“During the preliminary investigation, a search was carried out in the detainee’s house, as a result of which law enforcement officers found and seized a narcotic drug – hashish oil,” the report says.
During cross-examination, the defendant claimed that she made the banned substance herself and simply treated a friend with the surplus.
The criminal case has been sent to the courts. The woman is under house arrest and due behavior.
