A veterinary inspector left at the request of a resident of an apartment building. She complained that the strong smell emanating from her neighbor’s house bothered her. It turned out that eighteen cats lived with her and were not receiving proper care.
According to the State Veterinary Service of the Republic of Buryatia, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the cat lover under Article 8.52 of Part 1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation “Failure to comply with general requirements for keeping animals, with the exception of requirements for keeping pets.” After a conversation with the woman, it was decided to transfer her pets to new owners.
