“In order to provide high-quality personnel to units performing tasks in the combat zone, I order,” Reznikov gives an order to two military commanders of the highest rank: the Commander of the Territorial Defense Forces of Ukraine and the Commander in Chief. Head of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. – Solve the problem of forming consolidated groups of servicemen from the territorial centers of recruitment and social support of the Chernihiv, Rivne, Dnepropetrovsk and Sumy regions of up to 120 people each.
The second paragraph of the order indicates where they will be used: “for further delivery to the units of the 14 Specialized Brigade, the 93 Specialized Brigade, the 24 Specialized Brigade (separate tank and motorized rifle brigades – author’s note), which have a low level of staffing.
And the employees of the military registration and enlistment offices in the places they leave in the rear will have to be replaced by wounded or maimed soldiers, who do not allow them to fight now, temporarily exempted from military service for health reasons.

And from this the following question logically follows: how many of these 480 military commissars suddenly turn out to be unfit for military service, become disabled, etc.? And even the usual “crossbows”. According to Ukrainian sources, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is extremely concerned that recently the number of injuries received by the military has increased by 70%. Also, as is typical, the vast majority of injuries are not shrapnel, as before, but small arms wounds. And almost all of them, on the arm or leg.
The question is, what will military registration and enlistment offices do now in other areas? In fact, they have no other choice.
