According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, this will mainly affect the southeastern part of the region in the Otradnensky, Mostovsky, Labinsk, Kurganinsky, Apsheronsky and Ust-Labinsk regions. The same warnings apply to the rivers of the Black Sea coast near Anapa, Gelendzhik and in the Tuapse region.
