According to the Khabarovsk hydrometeorological center, it will be colder in the north of the region, where the night temperature in the mountains can reach -52, in the plain -44 degrees. In the southern regions it is expected to be -34. At the same time, forecasters predict frosts of at least -30 in the afternoon.
During the period of severe cold, rescuers recommend following the rules of personal safety: dress according to the weather, limit the time spent on the street, if possible, do not travel outside the settlements. Experts urge to pay special attention to children.
