In accordance with the conditions, students and graduates of universities, postgraduate students, young scientists, young diplomats, business professionals, representatives of public organizations, political scientists, economists, sociologists, historians, philosophers, lawyers and journalists can participate in the contest. The main thing is that they must be under 40 years old.
They are invited to write or present to the jury original scientific articles and analytical notes already written but unpublished on one of the following topics: Prospects of integration projects in the post-Soviet space: the State of the Union of Belarus and Russia, the EAEU, the CIS , the CSTO; Schemes of the new world order: challenges and opportunities for Russia and the CIS countries; scientific diplomacy as a resource for the formation of Greater Eurasia; “War of total sanctions”: legal status, consequences and methods of counterattack; The role and place of Central Asia and Transcaucasia in Eurasian integration; Conflict threats and tools to strengthen security in Eurasia; AA Gromyko’s diplomatic heritage; The Great Patriotic War and the Second World War: the problem of preserving historical memory and the fight against falsification of history.
When evaluating the works, the jury will take into account the relevance and novelty, the originality of the problem statement and the reasoning of the results obtained, the availability of specific recommendations and suggestions, the literacy and logic of the presentation, the correctness of the design .
The winners and finalists will receive valuable prizes and the opportunity to publish their work in leading scientific journals, and, depending on the jury’s decision, grants may also be granted for research projects or advanced training.
In addition to the main competition, there are a couple more nominations: “Debut” and “Essay Competition”. Students and university graduates no older than 30 years can participate in them.
