Angela Pagano, Italian actress of theatre, film and television, legend of the Neapolitan stage, has passed away. Rai reports the death of the artist at the age of 88.
The cause of death has not been announced. The funeral and farewell will take place tomorrow.
Pagano was born into a family of musicians on April 1, 1937. His sister is actress Marina “Mara” Pagano, who died of cancer at age 50 in 1990.
He made his stage debut in 1958 in the company of Eduvardo De Filippo. On the screen – a year later.
