adidas has announced a collaboration with German internet music radio station HÖR Berlin. Its participants starred in the brand’s advertising campaign. Hypebeast writes about it.
The project became known for supporting the club’s culture during the COVID-19 pandemic. Its founders, Charlie and Ori, wanted to give a place to German DJs and musicians whose shows were canceled due to covid restrictions. Thus HÖR Berlin was born, through which Charlie and Ori sought to bring attention back to music itself. They built a neon-tiled DJ booth at the Volkspark Hasenheide in Berlin, where they broadcast live.
HÖR Berlin will carry out a special broadcast from the adidas flagship store in Berlin. It will take place today, February 19, and will be available for viewing on YouTube. The event will be dedicated to the disco and retro career.
Previously, Jenna Ortega, who rose to fame after starring in Tim Burton’s Wednesday series, became a global ambassador for adidas. Representatives of the brand noted that they are united with the young artist by a common desire to develop the culture of the younger generation.
