After the scandalous dismissal of actor Dmitry Nazarov and his wife Olga Vasilyeva from the Chekhov Moscow Art Theater for unacceptable statements, several large Moscow theaters underwent ministerial checks. This is reported by KP.RU.
It is noted that they were carried out after Nazarov’s words that “many” of his colleagues left. Compliance with personal and work discipline was studied.
Nazarov and Vasilyeva, who were marked by anti-Russian ditties and incorrect words during the interview, refused to leave the theater of their own free will and, as a result, were fired by the artistic director of the Moscow Art Theater Konstantin Khabensky.
