Alarm has been declared in the Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv and Chernihiv regions, as well as in the regions of the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Kiev-controlled Zaporozhye region.
Ukrainian media also report on explosions in Kramatorsk.
An air alert was already announced on Sunday in the Chernihiv and Sumy regions at 22:24 Moscow time.
