Sirens went off in the eastern, southern and central regions of Ukraine around 7:00 am, then the alarm was announced in the west.
Explosions were reported, in particular, in Kyiv and the region, Odessa, Lvov.
According to the authorities, 40% of consumers were left without electricity in Kyiv, 90% in Lvov, and in addition, trams and trolleybuses stopped, electricity and water disappeared in Odessa.
Later, pictures of air defense facilities in Kyiv hit by cruise missiles circulated on the Internet. They were removed by eyewitnesses during the massive attack in the morning.
