According to him, the advance of the Russian forces here is going very well, battles are taking place in the eastern and southern parts of the city.
“Soon it will be possible to talk about the operational encirclement of those (AFU) units that are there,” Aaudinov said.
The DPR territorial defense headquarters announced on Monday the liberation of the Dvurechye and Krasnopolyevka settlements in the Artemovsk region. It was reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are suffering heavy losses here and are massively transferring reinforcements.
The acting head of the region, Denis Pushilin, said that Russian troops are advancing in almost all sections of the contact line in the DPR.
