Alla Pugacheva, 74, came to Jurmala with her family from Israel. Her daughter, Kristina Orbakaite, 52, also came here from the US with her family. The KP.RU website was the first to announce Pugacheva’s arrival and Jurmala’s plans.
On July 12, information appeared that Pugacheva rented a villa for 150 thousand euros (14.9 million rubles) per month. This information is not true.

Former employees of Pugacheva shared information with KP.RU: “In principle, there are no such prices there, there are somewhat fewer tourists in Jurmala, and prices are lower even for the “most expensive villa on the coast”. You can declare anything, but it’s unrealistic to deliver at that price. And for Pugacheva they always make a discount. Alla has been renting this house for many years; of course, they are given a discount. Especially now, when there is not as much demand in Jurmala as before. Yes, we are here as Garik and Liza have been on vacation since July.”
Alla Borisovna rented a two-story villa “Marta” with an area of 2400 square meters. With a discount, you get 50 thousand euros (5 million rubles) per month. The family will remain at the resort until the second half of August. The house is located near the Dzintari concert hall, next to the house of Laima Vaikule. Interior: 6 bedrooms, living room, pool and spa (with wall mosaics made with 24 karat gold sheets), cinema room, library, tennis court, greenhouse with bamboo. There is a video surveillance system. The house belongs to a Latvian banker, who used to rent it to rich people depending on the season for 70-90 thousand euros. Tourists became fewer, prices fell. And the Pugacheva family had previously received a house at a discount. But who will say this and start lowering the price?

The singer arrived with twins Elizabeth and Harry Galkin, 9, and her husband, a foreign agent. Local social networks are full of discussions: for the Pugacheva family, they traditionally give a discount on products from the local market. Alla Borisovna’s daughter also rests in Jurmala – Kristina Orbakaite arrived with her daughter and her husband.
The family travels to Jurmala in summer for several reasons: lots of friends, nice weather. Pugacheva (like many central patients, hypertensive patients) does not tolerate heat well, and in Israel, where she has fled now, the air temperature is +32, the water is +28. And in Jurmala, the air temperature is +22, water +19.

There are also “jobs”. From July 26 to 30, family friend Laima Vaikule organizes the Rendezvous festival at the Dzintari Concert Hall. People know that Pugacheva will come and actively buy tickets – photo and help for a friend. Foreign agent Maxim Galkin * only rests in July, in August he will give 9 concerts in Lithuania and Latvia. So the family combines pleasure with profit.
