As a result of a large electrical accident, the 110 kV substations Ilskaya, Severskaya, Kholmskaya, Zvezda, Khabl, Akhtyrskaya, Novaya, Abinskaya-1, SSH-110 kV, 21-35 kV substation, and in the stop zone – 69 9 thousand people, 23.8 thousand houses and 53 socially significant objects.
