Streaming service Amazon Prime Video has shared a trailer for Daisy Jones & The Six (originally Daisy Jones & The Six). The main roles in the project were played by Riley Keough and Sam Claflin.
The plot was based on the bestseller of the same name by Taylor Jenkins Reed. The series was directed by James Ponsoldt, who worked on the film “Sphere” with Emma Watson in the lead role.
The series tells the story of the fictional rock band Daisy Jones and The Six, who took the world by storm in 1977. Having risen from obscurity to world fame, they gave a concert at the Chicago Stadium and announced their departure there. A decade later, the members decide to reveal the truth about why the group broke up at the height of their popularity.
In the teaser, the band can be seen performing one of their hit songs, “Regret Me,” which was part of the fictional “Aurora” album. The record will also receive a release on music platforms on the same day as the series, on March 3.
Previously, Amazon launched the production of a series based on the God of War video game. The main character, the god of war Kratos, will go on a journey with his son. We talk about it in more detail here.
