This field is constantly developing, labor law is changing. These events give employees of regional companies the opportunity to constantly update their knowledge and skills,” he said. .
An effective labor protection management system at Transneft Western Siberia JSC facilities is ensured not only by training employees. Other important aspects include the purchase of special footwear, clothing, personal protective equipment and the constant modernization of the productive infrastructure. From January to June 2023, 214 million rubles were allocated for these purposes.
