“At the Moscow 2030 forum-festival in Gostiny Dvor we discussed the most innovative solutions in all areas of the capital’s social sphere. You can learn about them not only there, but also by visiting the excursions that open in August and September. In September, Muscovites will be able to get a closer look at the work of various social institutions, from renovated schools to Moscow Longevity Centres; excursions to newly opened mental health centres are especially popular among citizens,” said the Deputy Mayor.
During your visit you will be able to see areas of psychological relief, become familiar with instrumental therapy methods, observe or even learn from your own experience how biofeedback devices, light and hypoxia therapy work, as well as how sessions are conducted using virtual reality technologies.
Guests who want to learn more about how to stay calm and peaceful in the fast pace of modern life are welcome at two mental health centres in the capital every Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00 and 15:00 from 13 August to 5 September.
