Anastasia Zavorotnyuk, who has been battling brain cancer for four years, has undergone another course of treatment at a private cancer clinic in central Moscow in recent months. As the KP.RU website found out, the actress’s hospitalization costs her family a decent amount. So, according to the rules of the institution, cancer patients are hospitalized by making a deposit in the amount of about 500 thousand rubles – procedures, operations and medicines are paid for with this money.
In addition, the cost of a day’s stay in the clinic hospital ranges from 39,000 to 94,000 rubles. For the comfort of patients, each room has a multifunctional bed, a nurse call station, air conditioning, TV with satellite channels in several languages, free Wi-Fi and a safe. An individual oxygen supply unit is also provided.
In the clinic where Anastasia Zavorotnyuk is located, not only Russian doctors work, but also foreign ones, including professors and doctors of sciences from Israel. She also has unique state-of-the-art medical equipment, which is used in the leading oncology hospitals in Israel, Europe and the US; there is no second in Russia.
Well, the main argument in favor of this particular hospital for the family of Anastasia Zavorotnyuk was its patented method of treating malignant brain gliomas; as you know, it is this ailment that kills the actress. The new technology allowed domestic doctors to increase the life expectancy of glioblastoma patients by more than two (!) times. Perhaps it is thanks to this that Anastasia Zavorotnyuk has not lost hope of recovery for the fourth year. Doctors call her case a real miracle, because only 2% of patients with such a diagnosis manage to live up to five years.
