Andriy Turchak: The working group on NOM issues sent the fourth report to the president

A STANDARD

It is proposed to include in the single standard of regional support measures:

– granting to the participants of the SVO the privileges for the payment of the transportation fee;

– maintain the status of a large family and the right to the prescribed social support measures in the event of the death of a child participating in the SVO;

– preservation of the right of a large family to free provision of land in the event of the death of a child participating in the SVO;

– Benefits for families of SVO participants to pay for housing and housing and communal services, as well as rehabilitation;

– compensation to SVO participants and members of their families for the purchase of gas equipment and performance of work within the framework of the social additional gasification program in the amount of at least 100 thousand rubles;

– free social services for recognized needy spouses and parents of SVO participants;

– provision of free psychological assistance to relatives of SVO participants and the deceased;

– provision in grades 5-11 of SVE schools and organizations of preferential hot meals for children of SVO participants and children of the dead;

– exemption from kindergarten fees for children of NWO participants and children of victims;

registration, as a priority, of the children of the SVO participants and the children of the deceased in outreach groups and 24-hour stay in kindergartens;

– exemption from payment of the extension in grades 1-6 for children of participants in the SVO and children of the deceased;

– priority enrollment in extension groups in grades 1-6 of children of SVO participants and children of deceased;

– give the families of the participants in the SVO and the deceased the priority right to transfer the children to kindergartens close to their place of residence;

– give the families of SVO participants and the deceased a preferential right to transfer children to schools close to their place of residence;

SOCIAL PASSPORT OF THE PARTICIPANT

In addition, Andrei Turchak said that the working group had prepared a social passport for a participant in the NWO. It includes a standard form of a military social contract for additional measures to support participants in a special operation, information about the family (the presence of a disability or chronic illness among family members, financial obligations, living conditions, information on children and relatives) , an individual family support plan under federal support measures, an individual support plan for support measures specified in a single standard.

“Our working group will control the implementation of the social passport and a single standard of support measures in the regions together with the Government Coordinating Center and the Defenders of the Homeland Foundation. “MINIMUM REQUIRED”

Recall that on the basis of the Regional Control Center in Krasnogorsk, on May 16, a working group on NWO issues held a meeting to develop a unified standard for regional measures to support participants in the special operation and their families. Andrey Turchak proposed setting that standard in a meeting with President Vladimir Putin on April 24. According to the head of the group, secretary of the General Council of United Russia, it should include the necessary minimum set of measures to support the participants in the special operation and their families, as well as provide support to regions with low budget security.

Earlier, by order of the president, a parliamentary coordination group on NWO issues was created, headed by Andriy Turchak. It included representatives from both houses of the federal parliament and from all parliamentary parties, the Ministry of Defence, leaders of public organizations and prominent war correspondents.

The working group constantly monitors the readiness of mobilized citizens, the receipt by them and their relatives of due payments, support measures, as well as a number of other issues related to the SVO.
