System_A, one of the sub-brands of the Canadian brand Arc’teryx, has presented the fifth capsule. It’s a hybrid of everyday clothing and hiking gear. WWD writes about it.
The release includes mountaineering essentials: pants and jackets, graphic tees, vests and hoodies. Things are designed to withstand any weather conditions. For example, the Chexa Vest is lined with Coreloft insulation and fleece on the sides, while the Paltz Cargo Pant sheds weather with soft, durable Fortius 1.0 fabric. Of the accessories: a cap and a universal fanny pack.
System_A was founded in 2021 as an extension of the parent brand. It is led by Arc’teryx Senior Director of Design Taka Kasuga. The brand produces clothes that are equally designed for walking around the city and in the fresh air.
