Marcelino Armenter has been re-elected as a member of the board of directors of Criteria Caixa and as CEO of the entity, the group communicated this Friday to the CNMV. The executive committee of the Board of Trustees of the La Caixa Banking Foundation, which controls 100% of Criteria, has agreed to the re-election of Armenter, as well as Asunción Ortega, as directors for another four years.
At the same time, the board of directors of Criteria Caixa, the investment holding company that manages the assets of the La Caixa Banking Foundation, “has agreed to the re-election” of Marcelino Armenter Vidal as CEO. Armenter council is CEO of Criteria Caixa, whose president is Isidre Fainé, since March 2019.
