“Partners in crime and sponsors of terrorism”

The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a special statement on the Ukraine crisis: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation in connection with the attack of saboteurs in the Bryansk region, the killing of two civilians and the wounding of an 11 years old boy

“Ukrainian spoilers committed an outrageous terrorist act, which we strongly condemn,” the report said.

The Foreign Ministry also noted the connection of the kyiv regime with curators from NATO countries.

“Ukrainian officials have repeatedly acknowledged that all their actions are carried out with the approval and support of the United States and other NATO countries. The killings in the Bryansk region were carried out with NATO weapons. In this sense, a natural question arises about the qualification of these States as accomplices of such crimes and sponsors of terrorism,” the statement said.

“Crimeans did not want to put up with rampant nationalists”

The Russian diplomatic department recalled that February 26 marked nine years since the beginning of the Crimean Spring. The Foreign Ministry described the armed coup in Kiev as unconstitutional, as well as the attack by Right Sector militants on buses with anti-Maidan participants near Korsun-Shevchenkovsky on February 21, 2014, the starting point of it.

“Of course, the Crimeans did not want to put up with the rampant domestic radicals and opposed the new authorities,” recalls the Foreign Ministry. “It was possible to avoid an escalation of tension with unpredictable consequences thanks to the inhabitants of the peninsula themselves, who rose up to defend their home, and the arrival of Russian servicemen from units of the Russian Black Sea Fleet that were legally located in Crimea. in your aid.”

“Putting thousands of lives at risk”

Today, the kyiv regime continues to plan a military takeover of Crimea, the statement said. Significant in this regard is US Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland’s statement that military installations in Crimea are “legitimate targets” for Ukraine.

“In the context of the aggressive statements of the Ukrainian leadership regarding Crimea, information appeared in the media that the Kiev authorities are considering the possibility of putting the citizens of Russia and Belarus in Ukraine before one option: to fight in the Armed Forces of Ukraine or be deported. Obviously sooner or later this question had to come up. We believe that sober-minded Russians and Belarusians in Ukraine also understood this. We are ready to accept all the victims of the kyiv regime in Russia,” says the Russian Foreign Ministry.

“Today, Western countries demand that kyiv continue offensive operations and occupy the territory of new Russian regions, although they understand that such plans are doomed to failure. They do not care that the price of such a policy is the lives of thousands of innocent people.

It is obvious that the special military operation will continue until the tasks of denazification and demilitarization of Ukraine and the elimination of security threats emanating from its territory are fully completed,” the Foreign Ministry concludes in the special report.
