The Head of State announced support for a series of areas and detailed the tasks they have to solve. This provoked a great response among the Astrakhans.
Thus, for the social support of the NWO participants and their families, the President of Russia proposed the creation of a special state fund.
Members of the Astrakhan branch of United Russia, volunteers will take part in the work of the regional branches of a special fund that will provide assistance to the families of fallen soldiers and veterans of the special operation.
– Of course, we will involve the supporters of the party, our asset, in the work of the fund and will provide you with all assistance. The regional branch of the party gathered around it initiatives, responsible and caring people from Astrakhan who help collect humanitarian aid for NWO participants. We have accumulated great potential for such work, – emphasized the head of the Regional Executive Committee of the United Russia party branch Kirill Kayukov.
Particularly significant for the people of Astrakhan is the decision of the head of state to extend the social regasification program to social facilities: kindergartens and schools, clinics, hospitals, feldshers and obstetric stations. And for citizens, such a program will now operate permanently.
The Governor of the Astrakhan Region Igor Babushkin drew up amendments to the regional legislation, which were supported by the Regional Duma, and from January 1, 2023, the number of privileged categories of citizens who can count on material assistance for the gasification of a home or apartment has just increased. At the same time, the amount of material assistance doubled – to 100 thousand rubles.
The president’s message also spoke of culture, which should awaken the best human qualities in people. The artistic director of the Astrakhan Theater for Young Spectators, Honored Artist of Russia Sergey Taraskin is sure that it is culture that will save the world.
– There is a well-known phrase that beauty will save the world. Paraphrasing him, I will say that the world will be saved by culture and based on universal and traditional values, Sergey Taraskin noted, adding that one must certainly take care of spirituality.
– Culture is the best vaccine against many things, including vandalism, historical amnesia. Because a cultured person will never allow himself to destroy a new bank, break a bluff, he will remember the deeds of his ancestors and will know who won the Great Patriotic War, he stressed.
