According to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the region, the fire brigade received a message about a fire in a residential building with an area of u200bu200b49 square meters on the night of February 21.
Firefighters immediately arrived at the scene of the emergency and pulled three children out of the fire: a girl born in 2016, a boy born in 2021 and a girl born in 2022, and two of their brothers died.
On the fact of the tragedy, the regional department of the TFR initiated a criminal case under article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: “Causing the negligent death of two or more people.” Investigators discovered that the parents were not home at the time of the fire.
“Investigative actions are underway aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident and the causes of the fire,” the TFR press service of the region said.
