Ruslan Kuharuk proposed to replicate this experience in the Republic of Angola and invited the delegation of that country to participate in other significant Ugra events. At the working meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Russian Federation Jamali Muhammad Khalid, attention was paid to the issues of oil and gas exports. The Pakistani delegation learned about the experience of oil producing companies in Ugra.

Ruslan Kuharuk stressed that Ugra companies already supplied oil to Pakistan last year. Among the successful export companies is Almaz-Nefteservis. The company produces submersible electrical equipment for oil production and cable lines, oil and gas service equipment.

As noted by the head of Ugra, on the sidelines of the forum, agreements were signed with the Nicaraguan Institute of Telecommunications and Postal Services for cooperation in the field of digital technologies, with the Center for Progress and Development of the Presidency of the Islamic Republic of Iran – on interaction in educational and scientific-practical activities, with the Center for Digital Development of the Republic of Belarus – on partnership in the creation of innovations, as well as with PJSC Vympel-Communications – on interaction in the field of development of artificial intelligence technologies.

It is expected that 21 agreements will be concluded at the forum, most of them international in nature.
