The crime occurred near one of the houses on the 9th line of Vasilievsky Island. As it turned out, a 37-year-old man, in a drunken state, got into an argument with a 29-year-old opponent. As an argument, he pulled out a knife and stabbed him in the neck, after which he tried to escape.
But it failed. The attacker was detained by citizens and handed over to the police.
A criminal case was initiated under Article 30, Part 3 and Article 105, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder).
