Acting honored mentors will become the heroes of the video project “Faces of the plant. Golden background.”
– The Council of Mentors has been successfully operating in Azot since 2012. Our specialists are known not only in the city, but also beyond its borders: portraits of 13 of our employees are posted on the Board of Honor for Russian mentors in the website of the Central Institute of Labor, – says Olga Evtina, deputy head of the Azot branch of UCC Uralchem JSC for personnel.- And in 2023, the Year of the teacher and mentor, we are focusing on activities aimed at improving the quality of training and strengthen professional cooperation.
More than 100 employee-mentors accompany young specialists in adapting to the workplace, training and evaluating the development of the profession, ensuring the principle of succession of the employees of the branch in Azot.
The “Best Mentor” competition is held annually in the company. Its objective is to identify and encourage innovative mentors to improve their professional skills. The video project “Faces of the plant. Golden background” will start in 2023. It will be attended by 45 Azot mentors who will share their work and teaching experience. The Central Institute of Labor (CIT) is a professional association of mentors and production managers, established in 2017, with the goal of developing the institution of mentoring and organizational management of production in Russia. Board of Honor for Mentors of Russia” CIT appeared in April 2020.
