During the four years that Anastasia Zavorotnyuk has been fighting cancer, her family has invested all their efforts and resources in the treatment of the actress. Cerebral glioblastoma is the most aggressive type of cancer, and the success of therapy over the years is largely determined by experimental methods. The price of such treatment is high, so the family of the “beautiful nanny” sets aside all other financial obligations.

So, for example, the husband of the artist Pyotr Chernyshev imposed fines from the traffic police in the amount of about 100 thousand rubles, some of which have already been transferred to the bailiff service. But it turned out that the FSSP had questions not only for Chernyshev.

As the KP.RU site found out, the other day a bailiff seized Anastasia Zavorotnyuk’s Porsche Panamera. The “beautiful nanny” bought this car in 2014 and registered it with her mother Valentina Borisovna – the pensioner does not drive, but formally the car belongs to her. Therefore, when in early February the court ruled to recover a debt of 127 thousand rubles from Zavorotnyuk’s mother, the bailiffs started proceedings and, first of all, confiscated Porsche. Most likely, this is a community debt: Valentina Borisovna owns a Moscow apartment on Olof Palme Street, and in 2019 she was already charged 46 thousand in unpaid utility bills.

Star lawyer Andrey Alyoshkin told KP.RU about what threatens Zavorotnyuk’s mother in case of default on the debt.

– A ban on registration actions has been imposed on the car: this means that it cannot be sold, donated, etc. until the debt is paid, Aleshkin explained. – If the owner continues to ignore the payment, the property will be sold: the car will be sold under the hammer, the debt will be paid, and the difference in the amount will be returned to the owner. But the main problem is that the auction price is often declared much lower than the market value, meaning the car can actually be sold for next to nothing.

In addition, IE Anastasia Zavorotnyuk, according to KP.RU, had a bank account arrested for late payments of taxes and mandatory fees. Trading in the account was suspended five years ago, and this restriction is still in place.
