According to him, companies in the region are quite sure of themselves. At the end of 10 months to 2022, Bashkiria’s industrial production index increased by 2.8% and is ahead of the Russian average by almost 3%. The volume of shipped goods amounted to 1.8 trillion rubles (6.8% more than in the same period of 2021). Growth was achieved mainly in the extraction of crude oil and natural gas, the production of chemicals and chemical products, as well as in the provision of services in the field of mining and the production of vehicles and equipment. After foreign manufacturers left the Russian market, medicine production in the region increased by 25% and furniture production by 24.5%.

– In 2022, it was important not to collapse the economy, the enterprises of the republic coped with this task with dignity. Since February, none of them have been closed, – said Alexander Sheldyaev, specifying that the issue of the liquidation of the Sibay branch of the Uchalinsky GOK is still on hold and has nothing to do with the current political situation.

It is clear that at the beginning of the year, due to geopolitical events, many companies began to experience certain difficulties. Then a number of preferences and benefits were introduced in the region and an action plan was adopted with a total funding of 54.3 billion rubles. These measures have helped to somewhat mitigate the impact of the sanctions. So, for example, thanks to the program for organizing vocational training and further professional education for employees of industrial enterprises at risk of dismissal, it was possible to save jobs for 3,500 residents of the republic. For these purposes, the Republic of Belarus received 188.9 million rubles from the federal budget – the largest tranche among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Another 1.9 million rubles were allocated from the regional budget. At the end of October, 33 companies signed contracts for the training of 3,574 employees.

In addition, during the mobilization period, the authorities had to help industrial companies obtain deferrals for key skilled workers, and some were even sent home from combat coordination.

– The training of highly qualified welders is not a matter of a year, but they are needed here and now, – noted Alexander Sheldyaev.

He stressed that there is an urgent need for staff in many companies, especially new ones. Thus, only 400 out of 800 employees were able to recruit at the Arkada industrial association for the production of workwear. At the beginning of the SVO, about 2.5 thousand employees were missing, and now 1000. As the official noted, the positive aspect of the geopolitical situation is that it strengthened ties between industrialists and vocational education organizations in the development and implementation of new technologies, as well as training.

– In innovations, we work with the world-class Eurasian Educational and Scientific Center, which brings together science, higher education and business. Today we are all connected. This is something that has been missing for a long time. Likewise, as part of the third package of anti-crisis measures, a center for the promotion of innovation was created in the republic. This is our assistant for working with universities and companies, which promotes the ideas of developers, – said Alexander Sheldyaev.

On the issue of training qualified personnel, an important step was the strategic partnership agreement signed between Bashkortostan and the state corporation “Rostec”. The document includes 28 activities, including training aimed at students, increasing the number of internships for students and internships for teachers. As a result of the program, 80% of college and university graduates should be employed in Rostec companies.

Another question is whether these guys will want to work in the industrial enterprises of Bashkiria in the future. Alexander Sheldyaev believes that the proposed salary decides a lot, but not everything.

– It is difficult to name the average salary by industry. But, for example, in light industry it is about 35 thousand rubles. If there are fewer, then no one will come to work. At the Ufa automobile-building production association, skilled employees with higher education receive about 90 thousand rubles a month, and ordinary workers – about 45 thousand rubles, says the minister. – Nowadays, there are more and more companies that take care of their employees: they open their gyms, laundries, dining rooms, computer rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms. This approach has a good effect and makes such a workplace more attractive to young people. .

To the point

More than 90 Bashkirian companies participate in the state defense order program. In addition, this year, the region began to manufacture products for the needs of the Northern Military District, launched the production of individual first aid kits and sewing of sleeping bags, and also shipped thermal underwear, underwear, galloons for suits and protection For hands. In total, more than 10 companies in the region got on the “mobilization rails.” Among them is Magellan, a manufacturer of overalls, which received 1 million rubles to fulfill the state defense order for the purchase of raw materials for the production of combat packs designed to perform tactical and special tasks.

By the way

To speed up the replacement of imported analogues in Bashkiria, a program to support innovation, technology transfer and intellectual property protection was launched. In 2022, the Innovation Assistance Fund supported 120 developers from Bashkortostan for 328 million rubles. As a result, the republic ranked fourth in the country according to the results of the national rating of scientific and technological development.
