The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia to intensify work to restore and protect the rights of children from Donbass who were illegally taken to foster families abroad. .
“Ukrainian services, using illegal schemes, transferred children from Donbass to foster families abroad, and also removed pupils from children’s boarding schools. At the same time, the documents of several children were not executed in accordance with the law, ”said the Investigative Committee of Russia.
The department noted that the situation is under the control of the Investigative Committee of Russia, which, among other things, “carries out activities to restore the violated rights of children.”
Bastrykin also instructed his subordinates, in cooperation with the relevant organizations, to continue and intensify work on the implementation of measures aimed at protecting the rights of underage residents of the new regions of Russia.
