The Siberia Bath spa complex has announced the launch of new steam programs. Yana Kudryavtseva, Nikita and Daria Nagorny, Yuri Postrigay, Alexander Bolshunov and David Belyavsky took part in their development. It will be possible to attend the procedures from July 26 to August 11, coinciding with the Paris Olympics.
As part of the project, five flight programs have been developed, equal to the number of Olympic rings. An important aspect during the creation was taking into account the problem areas of the athletes and the preferences of each of them regarding bathing procedures.
The ideologist of the Siberian bath complex also explained the benefits of bathing after active training. Steam helps to relax tense muscles after exercise, and high temperatures remove toxins, which is especially important for athletes. In addition to all this, regular visits to the bathhouse help to improve metabolism, increase overall body tone and reduce stress.
Recall that OMG co-founder Olga Piven and expert in the field of aesthetic medicine Ksenia Zaitseva announced the launch of the Ko-Lab project. It includes an age and health management platform based on the co-creation format.
