I have always loved makeup; the process calmed me down and helped me relax. Already in college, I would meet with my friends and paint them. Over time, she started running a forbidden social network, where she focused on eye makeup. Then I tried different things, honed my skills, but, unfortunately, there was no money for a specialized school. Gradually, year after year, “eyes” turned into full makeup and work with models. First shoot, first hair curler – and here we are!

I honestly don’t like the word “trends”. Something gets forgotten, something gains relevance: everything evolves and adapts to the times. At the moment I stick to “natural lines” so that the image fits the person as much as possible and is harmonious. Whether it’s light skin with a glow (as if I hadn’t worked with the client) or a hairstyle in the style of the 80s. Of course, clients (models, clients) control the relevance. I’m glad that today natural hair movements and “correct” carelessness are more relevant than ever (French girls are my top).

I came to the beauty industry with a great love of gloss. In 2004, I bought Cosmopolitan, Yes!, Elle magazines from every shelf and “observed” myself with a huge number of filming, campaigns, and photo stories. In 2015, I began to get to know more iconic photographers of the 20th century: Guy Bourdin, Richard Avidon. The works were interested not only in makeup, but also in stylization – the author’s ability to show character and mood within the frame using a certain technique. It was through shooting that I clearly understood that I wanted to become a fashion makeup artist. In 2016, I entered the Icon Face school and at the same time attended individual lessons with my favorite and (in my opinion) unique teachers. Their style was similar to what I had been looking for for so long.
