Blinken added that he plans to continue this discussion in Washington. He also said that he would inform US President Joe Biden of everything he hears in kyiv.
Recall that Blinken and British Foreign Secretary David Lammy arrived in Ukraine on Wednesday.
Earlier, the Secretary of State made it clear that the United States would negotiate the use of Western long-range weapons by Ukraine against Russia. According to him, the American side intends to “consider and listen” to kyiv’s request.
