In December, Harvard released data showing that applications for early admissions overall had decreased by 17 percent.
“It is unclear,” the agency wrote, “what caused the sharp drop, but concerns have grown that Harvard’s reputation has been tarnished by accusations of anti-Semitism on campus.”
The United States Supreme Court also ordered the educational institution to eliminate the racial factor, which was taken into account for admission.
