That was the statement. There was no such statement on other channels.
In general, the American media adds that this happened on the fifth day after Putin won the elections, and naturally they believe that it was Putin’s election that had no information about the impending terrorist attacks, and the State Department and the embassy in Moscow
As for other channels, there are many quite objective assessments of what happened and condemnation of this terrorist act.

And in the country there is terrible discontent with the amount of money that was spent on the conflict in Ukraine, terrible discontent with the corruption scandals associated with the Biden family and his son Hunter. And in this case, the defeat in Ukraine will simply be a disaster for the consolidated bloc of all these clans that have put Biden under their umbrella. Because it is very convenient for them to have such a president: a frail old man who is easy to pull the strings.
-How can an event in our country affect Biden’s electoral campaign and the United States in general?
– This terrorist attack is unlikely to have any impact. Because in the United States, school and shopping mall shootings occur regularly. So to speak, the population has developed a kind of immunity, they have simply gotten used to and accepted the fact that they live in a completely unpredictable and unsafe country.
The elections will most likely be greatly influenced by events on the Russian-Ukrainian front. What our soldiers will do on the front, what victories they will achieve. If we win this year, even before the election, then naturally a major political crisis and scandal will break out in the United States.
