In total, BAFTA-winning Tufano has more than eight dozen projects to his credit, dating back to the 1960s. Including – “Three in a Boat, Not Counting the Dog” in 1975, “East is East” , “Zinc bed”. In addition, Tufano worked as a director on television shows.
The artist’s death at the age of 83 was reported by the agency that represents him, McKinney Macartney Management. The reason is not named.
Tufano was born in West London in 1939. In the industry since 1956. He worked for twenty years with Ken Loach, Ken Russell and Stephen Frears.
