Brie Larson returns to the Marvel Universe in the trailer for The Marvels, the 2019 sequel to Captain Marvel. The video was posted on the Marvel Entertainment YouTube channel.
This time, not only Larson will be in the spotlight, but also WandaVision’s Teyonah Parris and Ms. Marvel’s Iman Vellani. They played three main characters: Carol Danvers, Monica Rambeau, and Kamala Khan, respectively, who found their powers swapped with each other with each use. The girls team up to find out why.
The film was directed by Nia Dacosta, who co-wrote the script with Megan McDonnell, Elissa Karasik, and Zeb Wells. The cast also includes Samuel L. Jackson, Saagar Sheikh, Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapoor, Park Seo-joon, and Zavi Ashton.
Marvel Studios has released the full trailer for Secret Invasion. The show will premiere on Disney+ on June 21. Directed by Tomas Bezucha and Ali Selim. The script was written by Kyle Bradstreet, who has worked on such projects as “Mr. Robot” and “Borgia.”
