He also talked about his experience of being in charge. “There is nothing worse than hearing artillery fire and then sitting down and listening to the whistle of a shell,” the mercenary said. He also lamented that the Ukrainian Armed Forces suffer from a lack of high-quality small arms and air defense systems.
The publication notes that Perryman is an experienced soldier. He previously had served in the British Armed Forces for at least 16 years. Currently, he and other mercenaries are in the Kherson region.
