Elena Zheleznyakova, Pastry Chef at Coffeemania, has created a summer collection of five desserts. They are based on delicate mousses with sweet berries and citrus combined with nutty notes. For example, the Gerbera dessert consists of Japanese matcha green tea sponge cake, light coconut cream, citrus marmalade, and tropical mango-passion fruit coulis. One of the main berries of the season, the cherry, is the soloist of the Lady Smile dessert. Here, its sweetness is enhanced by sakura syrup and lemon-lime jam.

Lucky Group’s All Day restaurant in Moscow City and the Reboot sports chain have created a menu of healthy food for those who love sports and watch their diet. Headliners include Pavel Derevyanko, Nikolai Drozdov, Ekaterina Klimova, Gosha Kutsenko, Maxim Matveev, Katerina Shpitsa and Alexander Tsypkin. The authors who sent their works for the festival will also participate. Over two days there will be performances, meetings with writers, afternoon readings for the whole family and two gala concerts in the evening. The program includes only current national prose, and a collection of short stories will be released after the results of the festival.

The Wine Bazaar chain of bars launches a series of collaborations with the best sommeliers in the country. As part of the project, each month an invited expert becomes the person in charge of the bars’ wine racks. The chef sommelier will complement the variety of wines with his selection, will conduct several open tastings for guests, each of which is dedicated to a specific theme.
