The city cafe Eleven and the flower studio Blossom Garden have opened a joint project on Novy Arbat. On the ground floor of the Dacha Gastropub restaurant, fresh pastries, signature coffee and flower arrangements await visitors. The mission of the project is to combine high quality coffee and the aesthetics of the flower shop in a single space. Every day Eleven bakes tartin and Borodino bread from live sourdough. There are classic ones, and with fillings: lemon, pistachio, chocolate, raspberry, cherry and almond.
The Erborian brand launches a collaboration with MO friends bar&dining. As part of the cooperation, the bar will prepare light refreshing drinks, gifts and a big raffle for the guests. Especially for the bright end of the summer, the head bartender Daniil Simaev, inspired by the brand, presented four signature non-alcoholic cocktails, ordering which everyone will receive a pleasant bonus. Mocktails with the same product names reflect their composition. For example, “Royal Ginseng” became the epitome of cream. It is based on “Lavender-ziziphora-cactus” cordial with flower-menthol flavor, “Ginseng” tea, non-alcoholic vermouth and soda.
The 345 restaurant team partners with the Art&Brut contemporary art gallery for a month to show guests paintings by artist Ekaterina Pugacheva. The purpose of the collaboration is to draw public attention to the aesthetics of contemporary art and to popularize it as an important interior detail. The walls of the restaurant will be complemented by seven works by the artist, inspired by the trends of abstractionism and figurative art. Each of the paintings can be purchased in a personal collection. During the month, 345 will host events and dinners dedicated to chef Vittorio Chirizzi’s project.
