The passenger asked the driver to close the front door as the bus proceeded down the route. He objected: it was just hot in Kursk, so the driver decided to ventilate the cabin. It later turned out that the driver did not have a terminal for non-cash payments, and the passenger did not have cash.
As a result, a scandal arose, and the driver, cursing, threw the lady off the bus.
The regional Transportation Department considered the complaint described, and the fact of the scandal was confirmed. The driver was asked to apologize, but he refused, insisting that he was right. It turned out that this employee violated discipline more than once.
As a result, according to Alexander Vasilchenko, First Deputy Minister of Transport of the Kursk Region, the driver was fired, and the carrier apologized for the unpleasant incident.
